I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Walsh Group (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
First there was a phone interview. Was very easy, talked about work experience and school, etc. Follow up in person interview was straight forward, the person interviewing me didn't subject me to the usual lame interview questions. A great experience all in all. The interviewer was very helpful in explaining career paths typical for Walsh and how he coaches his team specifically.
It was a simple phone call interview with the recruiter. The questions were very basic and easy to answer about yourself and your experiences. Call was not long and I received and offer within the next few days.

Interview process was very straight forward and easy to go through. Over the phone interviews available. Satisfied with interview process. Just regular questions regarding experience and education. Standard interview and smooth process
I applied online. I interviewed at The Walsh Group
Interview
Recruiter was impersonal and the overall conversation was very diplomatic and dry. Though I declined the position due to it being full time, their demeanor alone made me not want to consider Walsh in the future.
