Interview
I found the job listing on LinkedIn. I applied through LinkedIn and got a phone call. They asked a little bit about me and my resume then asked to set up a virtual interview. The virtual interview was maybe 30 minutes discussing the project and myself. This project mainly interviews for personality and not experience or knowledge. They set me an offer letter the next day. I was hesitant so they offered to pay for travel to see the project. I traveled to the project and ultimately decided to accept the job.
