The Y (YMCA) Instructor interview questions

Had to demonstrate that I can instruct, answer a few questions and submit certifications, put on the sub list first, wait for a class to be available and that is it

I had repeated submitted my application with no response, apparently, there had been a change in management and the new supervisor had not received my application. I called and was able to share my experience via the phone and land an in-person interview. I was hired on the spot. It was a close call to connect though.
