What would i do in a stressful situation. And how would i do finger play toddlers. And how would i discipline a child. And it was calm. And how would i have a child do if they are bored
Super easygoing and fun questions that make you think.
They take you to see the classroom and to see how you interact.
They want to see how your personalitu will be with the children.
They are very detailed and honest. Management is professional and respectable. Possible long days. They are also very great at describing the safety protocols because it's important to ensure you count/ keep and eye on all children

What has been a tough challenge, when working in a group setting?
Laid back, Interviewers were prompt. Interview was held virtually via zoom. The process itself was not difficult. I heard back from them a couple of days after. There were 2 interviewers.
