I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Flushing, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview process was very long over 2 months.
Found out about it through an email from the college. Then I applied and scheduled a group interview at school, got chosen after about 2/3 weeks then called in for an 1 on 1 interview at the flushing YMCA then got hired after a few months. Apparently there was a problem with some of my references and waiting for my employee number. Other things we had to complete during that time was paper work, drug testing, finger print registering, medical from doctor, and a long list of paper work to go through and sign, very very long list. Make sure you can remember all the places you lived from birth (im not kidding), everyone you lived with and loads of other things. You would think you going into some grand organized job when it was all through.
