Interview
Easy going. Over the phone, then in person. Really relaxed interview, came in and was asked about my experience and what I hope to achieve out of this role. The interview was 20 minutes at most and got a call back within a couple days. Overall experience was pleasant.
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
