I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Sudbury, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was conducted in a board room with myself, the head of the branch I was applying to and one of the assistant managers. There was no aquatics manager at the time to interview me. I was the only candidate that showed up on that date, however it was meant to be a group interview.
Over all they were very friendly and welcoming, and the interview only lasted around twenty minutes after which I was free to go.

The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
