I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Duluth, MN) in Apr 2017
Interview
It didn't take to long, but we went over my resume quite a bit! They describe the role I would play and a brief description of the company. They really wanted to see what I could bring to this role, as well as they wanted to know what I wanted out of the experience. Coming prepared with a vision helps a lot.
They utilize a shared service to carry out the recruiting process from application to hire. You should definitely read the instructions given to you if you are offered the position and check on the status of each phase of the hiring process.

Interview
There was a two-step interview process: phone screen, and one more extensive, in-person interview. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, the in-person questions can be pretty in depth.

Question 1
I believe they asked how I would handle a disagreement with a coworker and supervisor.
Satisfied with the process. It had medium difficulty but was a smooth process. it was online and quite clear. About 2 interview rounds. Questions asked ranged from easy to difficult and was about half hour. Overall a great experience
