I applied through the website and got a call about a week later to set up an interview. I met with the manager and was asked about my background, education and experience. A few days later she called my references. I got a call a few days later and got hired.

It is pretty relaxed and just questions about your experience with kids. They will let you get CPR and first aid certified. Wasn’t too much had about two different interviews.

simple and easy. i dressed semi professional. the whole interview was only 30 minutes long and then i was shown around the building, got to interact with the kids like i would in my day to day job and was shown what my duties were going to be.
