Applied via YMCA website. Was called for an in person interview and asked to fill out a physical application. They called all of my references, and reached out to me within a few days to offer me the position. I was currently at my other job and they left a voicemail. I called back before the end of the day and left a voicemail...never heard. Called a week later and same thing. They offered me a job over voicemail and then never got back to me again.
