I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was called, answer a few questions, and then invited for an in person interview with 1 other person, childwatch facilities are picky on who they interview because its an important job with many aspects. I was asked questions during the interview and answered a questionnaire with my availability and some ideas I wanted to implement in childwatch if I got hired.
The interview process was easy and to the point. They asked the questions, and then described the job. They also described the intended or possible hours and what training would need to be done.
The interview process was amazing, super friendly and professional. The interviewer was overall very easy to talk to and approachable during the interview. She allowed time for me to ask questions.
The interview process was super easy and quick. I got to meet with the boss and she showed me around at the interview. I also got to meet other staff as well. The YMCA has the best interviewing process.
