Interview
Asked me basic questions. How do I handle difficult customers, what’s my experience related to this role, etc. Right after I was told I got the position so I proceeded to negotiate the hourly pay. Straight up said they weren’t paying me no more than minimum wage. Even though, there’s a pay range they refuse to pay anyone actually over $17. I know it’s a nonprofit but come on.
