Interview
The interview process was a bit draining in that it was a 4-hr group interview. First, you had to memorize a game and a song (you were given about 15 mins). You were then asked to perform it in front of everyone (candidates and YMCA recruiters) one after the other. Since you're working with kids, you're supposed to act it out as if you were in front of a group of kids. Afterwards, we had a small break and later they read the names of the candidates who went onto the next round (in my case everyone qualified). During part two you sat in a group of about 6 people and were asked questions one by one. Then, the interviewee switched (I believed we got the coordinator next). Nothing too bad, just make sure you're articulate. To be honest though, this took 4+ hrs and honestly I ended up with a headache ,but other than that, it felt more like a casting to a theater show so you had some space to be a bit goofy and eccentric, which made it a bit enjoyable in that sense.

Question 1
Have you ever broken rules in your workplace and what was your justification?
The interview was laid back and easy. I had 2 people interview me and they never made me feel uncomfortable. The whole thing was over fast and they got back to me relatively fast
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Oceanside, CA)
Interview
Asked basic questions that are given in advance. Very simple. You recieve the questions so you can prepare and not have to worry although you cannot read off the sheet. I think its a more casual converation really. This makes it nice.
