I was contacted by email by the HR Manager and Director to set up a phone call. The phone call went well. They then decided to move forward with me and asked me to have lunch with the HR Manager and the Wellness Manager, which was nice. There were 2 panel interviews back -to-back. I thought it went well. I even sent them hand written thank you notes. But the next week, I got a rejection email stating that they decided to go with another candidate. I wrote back and asked what the reason was that I was not selected, and if they had any feedback for improving myself on future interviews, and they never responded to me. How am I as a candidate, supposed to learn and know what I did wrong and why I am not a wanted candidate if you do not tell me? I have a right to know why you decided to reject me. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't have advancement opportunity anyway.
