Received an email to schedule for an interview about 2 days after I submitted the application and the entire process took about a week. I spoke directly to the branch executive director, and interview was pretty standard.

Applied online through indeed. The next day i got a email for a interview, for 3 days later. Met with the directer and the interview lasted about an hour. He asked basic interview questions. He also asked about a time that i had bad customer service. My availability. He said he wouod email me about my schedule and back ground check. But i got a email saying they chose someone else. Waste of my time.

It was lengthy, about an hour and half. It was a group interview with three people and gave us different scenarios to see how we would deal with it in real life situations
