I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Williamsport, PA) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was uncomfortable and cold. We interviewed with the lights off??? It was a little intimidating but that was the personality of the interviewer. They mainly asked about childcare experience and how you would discipline a child. It was very easy to get hired since their turnover rate was high. According to Stars the requirement is at least 2 years experience of childcare but sometimes this was overlooked due to desperation to hire.
