Very informal but relaxed and still professional. I felt comfortable and felt like she was really interested and I wasn't wasting her time. She offered me job right on the spot which was exciting and we tried working out a schedule with my kids coming there as well.
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment
