Very easy, mostly situational child care questions. The interviewer was late by about 30 minutes but apologetic. Had to complete 4 references, 2 professional. The interview process in all took about 2 weeks.

It is pretty relaxed and just questions about your experience with kids. They will let you get CPR and first aid certified. Wasn’t too much had about two different interviews.

simple and easy. i dressed semi professional. the whole interview was only 30 minutes long and then i was shown around the building, got to interact with the kids like i would in my day to day job and was shown what my duties were going to be.
