The interview process was very quick. I quickly received a response from management to come in for the interview. The interview itself was very relaxed and easy. The questions asked were not difficult and mainly wanted to know about my work experience and interest in the YMCA.
After I applied, it took a couple weeks for them to get back to me. It was two interviews that consisted of a phone screening and an in person interview after.
Starts with a phone screening and then an in-person interview. Basic interview questions, you have to give a mock tour of the facility to the interviewers at of interview. Not too hard of an interview
Two interviews and background check Where there were three managers interviewing me. The interview was about an hour and I had to write out answers and respond orally, they were related to customer service
