Met in person with the YMCA coordinator and childwatch supervisor. Very easy. She just asked me about my past experience and availability. I was asked to do a background check and that was it.
Easy process, friendly and inviting environment. Felt like I was having an easy talk with the hiring manager. Wanted to know my long term goals and how the company would support those goals.
