Interview
Did a background check and finger printing in order to work with the children. We also sat down in front of the director and did an extensive background check to make sure my record was clean to even work with the kids. Interview questions all were involving children, What motivates you to work with children? etc
Screening Interview and then demo lesson. Everyone there was very nice and professional. The students were also great along with the teachers already working there. I had a great experience at YMCA great place to start your teaching career!
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment
