Interveiwer was a couple minutes late calling for phone interview. She then proceeded to ask me questions as if she had not even read my resume. Then they asked questions about things they ASSUME you have had to do in the past or questions like, how would you handle a staff member having to be re-trained on a task? Or stupid questions like have I worked on the GL ? The interviewed seems inexperienced and going by a script. Also instead of the phone interview being an initial screening, she did a full interview over the phone. This is not the way to find qualified candidated. I was highly annoyed.
