I went in for a group interview, we were all told to wear comfortable clothes because we would be doing activities. First, all of the candidates and interviewers went around the table and talked about ourselves and got to know each other. Then we played a couple of group activity where the main objective was to remember names. We were then split up into smaller groups of 3-4 and the interviewer asked us questions and we all answered the questions. We were all basically guaranteed the job, it was a really easy interview and they basically wanted to see if you were able to work as a team and communicate effectively while having fun.

What kind of activity would you set up for the campers if you were in charge?
Very casual, my interviewer kept things focused on my ability to work with children, public speaking, and working on a team. If you have any experience with working with kids, be sure to have some stories of how you have dealt with incidents relating to behavior.
