Very basic interview like have you worked with kids and what ages and what you enjoy about working with kids. After the interview if they like you they will ask for fingerprints and a drug test screening
Easy process, friendly and inviting environment. Felt like I was having an easy talk with the hiring manager. Wanted to know my long term goals and how the company would support those goals.
