I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Wallingford, CT) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied online and then received a phone interview a few days later. This was then followed by an in-person interview with two people. After this, I was offered to sit in on a team meeting, tour the facilities, and do a Q&A with some of the managers I'd be working with directly.
After all of this, I did not receive the job because of my lack of experience, however, I do appreciate the practice it gave me. After sitting through the team meeting, I began to realize it may not have been a great fit anyway. The position of the marketing coordinator in the YMCA seems like a very broad job with too many tasks and not enough time in the day.

It was a phone interview, and it was very chill. My recruiter just asked about my resume and relevant experience, and then also asked a couple of standard marketing scenario questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was virutal, second round was in person. On the second round I was asked to present a campaign for a mock event. Though I didn’t get the job, they maintained good communication and were friendly throughout.
