I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Austin, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied in person, got an interview the following week. Was offered the job on the spot. Overall the interview was not intimidating and the woman interviewing me was very open. Worked there for a few years.
Simple, informal, tour facilities, check certifications. I had to wait a while for interviewer to be ready to see me but once they were ready, the interview was simple and quick. As long as I passed background checks, I had a job offer.
