Had a job interview for a counselor position at their summer camp. The summer camp is an awesome program at the YMCA. The interview was very standard. It was a good interview.

Question 1
They asked about my experiences with children and a negative quality of myself.
It was a panel interview. I think there was only one interview. They asked questions and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what the job could entail.
Got asked about what 3 items I would take with me on an abandoned island, other than that they asked really long questions about company values and situations where I demonstrated that.
Very easy! You will meet with the leaders of the camp to go over your qualifications and expectations. You will talk about schedules for the summer as well! Be prepared to talk about your experience with kids
