All of the YMCA management is kind and personable. They truly welcome you in and make you feel like family. The interview process felt more like a comfortable meeting, and I was hired on the spot.

It was a great experience. It was short because I have had previous experience. Everyone felt comfortable and made it easy to interview. I would recommend interviewing with them. I would have worked with them but was offered another position.
