Interview
Easy for someone with alot of experience in childcare and in person. Two people in a small setting. Flexible schedules offered. Job was offered the same day. On boarding process took about a week to receive after the offer was accepted.
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment
