Easy going, no need to sweat it and straight forward. Interview stuck to relevant experiences and what those bring to the table. They did not ask the daunting "strength/weakness" question.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Pottstown, PA)
Interview
I filled out the application, I was called the same week to come in. I got there on time, and had to sit in the middle of the entrance for about an hour before anyone came down. They welcomed me and we literally sat two steps away from the entrance and people were screaming, yelling, bumping into me, interrupting... at the time I thought they weren't anyone special. But, later on I found out they had a perfect fine office they could've sat me in.
