Interview
Was able to really get a feel for the department and meet key leaders and staff before committing to/ accepting an offer. Very pleasant leaders. Process was seamless due to HR recruiter.
For the process I participated in, I met with an YMCA internal recruiter and then was sent to the hiring manager in the same week. Both of them were warm and the process / their emails was timely. I got a response about next steps within two weeks.
