      Applied online through their website. Recieved a phone call to schedule an interview about two weeks later. Interview felt awkward. In a small space with another employee doing his work at a desk.

      The interview was with three interviewers. Generally, they asked me about work experiences from my previous jobs and how I would do in these situations. Interviewers were friendly and nice, and the interview was easy.

      The interview process for a part-time position in Membership is fairly simple. Once you apply, you will receive a call and they'll ask you to come in for an interview. After meeting with the director(s) for about 30 minutes, you'll need to wait a few days for them to conduct background checks and reference reviews before hearing back. Be prepared for a drug test and then you're all set for their decision!

      Interview

      Very informal. The first time i interviewed with this company the manager was wearing jeans. You meet with a manager or supervisor in either their office or a meeting room. From there they dive into asking you questions. After the interview process they give you an opportunity to ask some questions, they’ll give you a tour of the facility and then they will let you know they will follow up with you via phone once they complete the interview process.
