Friend told me one of the counselors left and they needed someone, applied the next day got an email hours later to come in for an interview next week, 3 days after got the job.

How do you handle a situation with a child who is being disruptive?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
