Interview
Very fast because they need someone asap. They did ask the normal customer service question then transitioned to child care. Some of the question were could handle 6 kids at a time. Then they asked questions about following plans. Since there are preset teaching lesson that go over the course of the swim group or lesson. You have to be able to follow a guide line.
they asked if you are okay with working alone in the water for a long period of time. after the interview you have to take a drug test and background check. once hired you have to take a 3 day long swim teaching class and renew your license every 2 to 3 years.
