Laid back, polite, friendly. Interviewer was on time and professional. Explained work hours, responsibilities, staffing and benefits. Interview was 30 minutes. Allowed time for any questions I had. Employer followed up with me by the end of the week.
Easy process, friendly and inviting environment. Felt like I was having an easy talk with the hiring manager. Wanted to know my long term goals and how the company would support those goals.

first begin in a group interview and then moved onto department specific one-on-one interviews. from their you were offered a job in specific department. you were not always interviewed by your top choice.
