The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and I was asked very basic questions regarding the job. The questions asked were typical of any entry-level job position such as: "Why do you want to work here?" "What makes you a good fit for this particular YMCA branch?" Overall it was a very smooth process and I enjoyed the interview.
