I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
it was a group interview and that's about all that I remember, really glassdoor; are you really going to be forcing users to make up a bunch of phony reviews for access? Do you not know how the internet works? Someone will take all of your website visits away from you.

Question 1
How would you handle two campers getting into an argument?
Simple, straightforward. Looking to hire anyone eager to work. Professionalism will set you apart but expectations are already low so there is no need to go crazy. Typical part time day camp process.
