Interview
30-minute phone screen interview with the area HR manager before the possibility of my resume being given to the specific branch the position was posted for. The phone interview went over my resume and I was asked to talk about the positions I held previously even though it was the exact same information.
Interview process was simple, energetic, basic and to the point. There was not a lot of extra conversation and the interview felt rushed. I would like to understand the position better with a quick question of what to expect on a typical day.

The interview was as expected. I was able to explain my past experience and soft skills to secure the position. Having a passion for outreach truly shines through and is necessary for any position with the YMCA

Phone Call/ Later a in-person meeting in the CBD. Easy going interview, explained the role and did some general questions. After that there was a phone call saying I didn't get the job
