Healthy Living Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Interview

      Jan 15, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)

      Interview

The interview process was great. They were friendly and did what they could to help me feel comfortable. There were a couple of necessary interruptions during my time that were handled professionally and quickly. I was asked questions regarding Personal Training that were basic but also tested my knowledge which I appreciate that they don't just hire anyone. Nothing too weird or intimidating. Know your heart rate info and what exercises you would do for people with certain situations or conditions. For Healthy Living Coach, just be yourself and be honest. I believe this position is more about the people and your personality and integrity. Not too many technical questions here.
