Thea Energy Intern interview questions

One of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve experienced. The job description was vague and did not accurately reflect the role. Within the first five minutes, it was clear they were only interested in candidates with prior experience. This is something that was never stated beforehand. The rejection was also delivered in a blunt and disrespectful manner. There’s nothing wrong with seeking experienced candidates, but failing to communicate that upfront makes the process feel misleading and unfair. I wouldn’t recommend interviewing with a company that operates this way.
