Telephonic interview with HR, then in person interview with department manager. Standard interview. Behavioral type questions which are standard these days in healthcare. HR was very nice and interview went smoothly.

Very drawn out, slow process. The state moves faster than Thedacare's HR and managers. Took 5 weeks from application to hearing from hiring manager. The HR application program Is a mess and has been for years.

Question 1
Mostly rapid fire behavioral questions. They didn't ask questions that would be important to determine a person's fit for position. It seems they just print a question bank off the internet and push thorough them. That should have been a warning about the level of effort they are willing to put into potential new hires.
