The interview questions were appropriate for the job. I was told I would hear back for a second interview with the manager in 2-3 business days. However there was no follow up even after I sent an email asking about the status of my application. Poor communication, I would have appreciated a “no you aren’t a good fit” versus waiting for a second interview that never came.
