Our initial interview was a zoom call with the hiring manager and hr representative. They were nice, however, they did keep insisting on the fact that they are growing really fast and that evening and weekend work might be required. They promised me that they would get back to me within 3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and I haven't even heard back, in spite of sending them a couple of emails and LinkedIn messages asking for feedback.
