Therapy and Beyond interview questions

The process was good. It was seemless, and I was asked all the proper questions. I was able to throw ideas back and forth to the management, and it was done very professionally on all aspects.

I had two interviews, one with HR and another with the head clinician. Both were very relaxed and friendly and made me feel secure and welcome rather than nervous. They felt more like conversations between people interested in the same thing, rather than an "interview" per se.
