I applied online. I interviewed at TherapyNotes (Horsham, PA)
Interview
The hiring manager didn't bother to show up. After greeting me at the door, a tour (I was early), and introducing me to the interview team I never heard from him again until he emailed me a 'No'. He didn't show up for the in person interview he scheduled and offered no excuse. Perhaps he left early that day to partake in the carbombs he invited one of his colleagues to before disappearing.
This is the way they disrespected this candidate and I am glad to stay clear. You can see here (on Glassdoor) that the very hands-on President/Owner likes to buffer negative criticism directly So I imagine we may all hear why, but for my 2 cents, you have to have respect to gain respect.
Sorry you felt disrespected. The gentleman who you are referring to as the hiring manager was responsible for the recruiting efforts but the interview and ultimate decision was with the Product team and CEO. The idea that someone left to go drinking is offensive.
