There were so few substantive questions about my experience and background that it made me nervous about accepting the job. I was confident that I could do the job, but not sure if I wanted to work for a company that took so few pains in its interviewing and hiring process. Later heard negative comments from other candidates and employees who described interview process in unfavorable terms.
