Some people are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Most of the company is your typical conservative boys club. The IT department is a cult of former Deloitte employees with management constantly looking for opportunities to stab employees in the back so they can hire and promote more people from Deloitte. Office politics and blatant favoritism fast track unqualified people to top management positions. Management will provide zero feedback or direction and then turn around and use that as an excuse to fire people.
