Thermo Fisher Scientific Associate Scientist interview questions

The first interview round was only 15 mins. A panel of two scientists asked simple questions ,but I haven't received an offer because of my accent !!!! very disappointed !

I did several phone and zoom interviews; the process seemed lengthy and super selective for not such a higher up position. The time elapsed between interviews was significant (maybe a week or more), which made the whole process last for more than a month. I accepted another job before what seemed to be the final zoom interview before a personal one, so I didn't continue with the process.
