I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in May 2026
Interview
It was a 2 stage interview with a duration of 3 weeks between each stage. At the first stage was a normal HR screening where they try to understand if you fit in their requirement. The second stage is with 2 hiring managers where they ask you scenario based questions.
What i dont understand is that how they expect the candidate to know everything about the role without even working there.
