There were various stages, asking for progressively more information, with long pauses between stages. HR and the hiring managers very very unprofessional throughout, going as far as to ask for SIN information before a final offer was made. After nearly 3 months in the process, I was told that an internal candidate has progressed and that my application was unsuccessful. This being said, the same position was reposted 3-4 times since my original application date. It seems the department has no true intention to hire and is merely looking for free consultation services and to string candidates along their employment process. Overall, painfully slow and unprofessional. Would not recommend company of the role. The company has a reputation for being cut-throat and unethical--this acts as a point in case.
